Return Policies at Gemy Bijoux
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of both consumers and producers, please read
policies carefully down below
- Should purchaser wish to return or exchange purchased merchandise, please must do contact Gemy Bijoux before schedule a return. We do not accept return with irrational excuses.
- To protect the legitimate rights of consumers, we offer a seven-day trial.
- Different brands of monitors, photoshoot techniques and other technical issue may slightly cause your recognition lag, please understand this before you agree to purchase, we do not accept return on account of technical issues.
- Gemy Bijoux doesn't offer merchandise for exchange unless a ring size of your purchase is not your right fit and the purchase doesn't show scratches and damages. Meanwhile, we do strongly recommend consumers not to lose original packing, receipt, and warranty card if we asked you to return them back to us.
- Gemy Bijoux will not accept any unboxed returns, without purchasers' presenting original items with a valid copy of receipt and a warranty card issued by Gemy Bijoux within 7 days of purchase. Please note that any visible and artificial damages on purchased items are also subject to nonrefundable merchandise credit. (Gemy Bijoux will supervise each item of purchase before it is sent to customers.)
- On account of personal hygiene and safety reasons, please note that pierced earrings and earring pendants are nonrefundable merchandise items. Engraved items and customized items are also subjected to non-refundable merchandise credit.
- If an item of your purchase was a discount product, refund would be discount price at your original purchase, but we DON'T refund shipping fee and shipping fee for sending item(s) back to Gemy Bijoux. For example, if your bought a 5% off item, your refund would only be the 5% off price, this doesn't include refunding shipping fee. If your bought a set of two items with 12% off, should your wish to return one of the items back to us, we would refund you a 12%-off of the returned items' original price; this exclude shipping fee also.
- Gemy Bijoux will not accept any unboxed returns without purchasers' presenting things as follows: an original item(s) with a valid copy of receipt and a warranty card(s) issued by Gemy Bijoux within 7 days of purchase; jewelry boxes, pouches, and cleaning cloth all must be in perfect conditions at your return. - Items of purchase must be returned in an unused and new state, in perfectly protective packaging materials, with original tags and stickers attached. Please note that Gemy Bijoux will not accept any returned purchase shows signs of wear, used, and alternations than original condition.
- Refund shall take 7 to 10 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to process once Gemy Bijoux receive the returned purchase. *If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to your credit card account. Due to different time of refunding in each bank, an estimation of time of refund will show on the bill in 7 to 21 days. You may call the bank which issued the credit card to look up transaction record. *If payment was made by wire transaction, refund will be wired to your original assigned account.
- Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
